The medresse, built by Mimar Sinan in 1568, is on Eyup Mosque Mosque Kebir Street and opposite Sokollu Mehmed Pasha Tomb.
It has 19 rooms and 28 domes with porticoes in front of these rooms. Porticoes have 24 columns. Two of these columns are marble and the others are cut stone. The classroom has a single high dome and is covered with lead. The inside of the pulley and dome is adorned with ornaments. In the middle of the courtyard is a rectangular fountain.
The medresse, which was used as a health center before the restoration applications and lost its originality of its values due to this function, became original during the restoration process.
