Kasgari Murtaza Efendi Lodge is located between Husam Efendi Street and Karyagdı Street in Pierre Loti, Eyüp Merkez Mahallesi.
It was built by Yekçeşm Hacı Murteza Efendi (1747) as a Mosque-Lodge of the Naqshbandi sect. The construction of the lodge, which consisted of mosque-tawhidhane, harem, salamlik, dervish cells, fountain, well and outbuildings, began in 1744 and ended in 1745.
In the process of restoration applications, the structure has been freed from all its contents, and the wood structure, ceiling and floors and roof have been renewed to a great extent by using original techniques and materials. The tomb and fountain structures were made suitable for their function and a comprehensive environmental arrangement was made.
